Indiafx has introduced a new solution that allows users to easily send documents to Scanner / Photo Copier / Fax machine. through any simple mobile phone.Most interesting part is No software is needed to be installed on the mobile phone.
This is how the service works :
User will take a photograph of the document using a mobile phone camera.
Then using the new service the photograph can be sent directly to the scanner/fax machine/photo copier machine
There is also an option to store the picture online, and access the same when needed.
This service can be very handy, to streamline processes like employees reimbursements, etc.
Indifax offers a fully hosted solution for the retail user. They are also planning to provide an In-House installable version that can be integrated with the existing IT Infrastructure for large organizations.
