Intex Technologies has launched their new mobile phone - Intex IN 3030 in the Indian market.
The phone with water, sweat and dust resistant technology is said to be first of its kind in the market. The phone is targetted towards the common people, who use their mobile phones in wet/high temperature areas.
The Intex IN 3030 coplies with the Japanese JIS (IPX grade 5) standard for water resistance. The electronic circuit in the phone is protected by a special film and all the joints are sealed by rubber gaskets. Thus the phone can withstand dust, moisture and water splashes.
The mobile phone also offers high quality FM radio, audio player with voice recording feature. The other features include mobile tracker, expandable memory up to 1 GB.
The phone will cost about Rs. 3500/-
